About Sara Khaki

Founder/ CEO

Sara Khaki was born in the Middle East and raised in Sweden, and moved to the United States as a teenager. Sara developed a passion for American History and Constitutional Law through her Political Science studies. Her love for the American Constitution is what led her to law school so she could one day fight for the promise of the American Dream that lies within the greatest legal document, the Constitution.

Sara has lived 0 Georgia since 1996. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University, Summa Cum Laude, and went on to law school at University of Georgia School of Law. Since graduating from law school in 2008, Sara has devoted her legal practice solely to Social Security Disability. This is an area of law that is very close to her heart since she witnessed her mother suffer from cancer twice while Sara was a child and then a young adult.

Over her career, Sarah has helped thousands of clients secure their SSDI benefits and supplemental security income. She has robust experience throughout the entirety of the SSDI/SSI benefits process. Her extensive experience is thanks to her passion for helping clients obtain financial stability for their families.

Sarah is a recognised leader in the legal community. She has conducted numerous lectures and seminars before the legal community. She has been featured in ‘The Verdict” and has been published by The Journal of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

She is an active member of the lawyering community. She serves as a member to several local and national legal organizations such as the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers.

As a Social Security Disability attorney, Sara Khaki has represented thousands of Social Security claimants throughout most of the southeast area with a great success rate. Sara’s legal work has mainly been focused on Social Security Disability Law from the administrative level through U.S. District Court Appeals. She has extensive experience with working with the Social Security Administration, medical providers, and expert witnesses to gain a favorable outcome for her clients. Sara is very passionate about her work, and she truly enjoys getting to know her clients and the specifics of each individual case. She will work closely with her experienced disability team so that she can personally handle your case from the initial application level through your appeals.

Sara is admitted to the Georgia State Bar and the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Georgia. Sara is also a member of NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives), Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA), and Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL Sara lives in Alpharetta Georgia with her husband, son, and Labrador retriever. She is also owner of Atlanta Divorce Law Group, a family law firm based in Alpharetta Georgia.
